RFG provides paid employment and training (e.g. financial literacy, soft skills, job readiness skills, and life skills), as well as coaching and wrap-around services to youth aged 14-17 in the foster care and juvenile justice systems.

Our mission is to help youth develop and grow as persons, in readiness for independent living, the world of work, and adulthood.
