Refund policy
All sales final, with few exceptions.
If you purchase an item sold-in-box, and later find that it is missing parts, damaged, or non working, we will issue a full refund. We inspect and test miscellaneous items sold in-box so that this is rare.
Customers are encouraged to measure before purchasing. We encourage all customers to come view items in person, as color in images on the website may be slightly different than in person. It's always good to come see items in our physical store before purchasing. Items that have significant defects will often have "as-is" in the title, followed by a short description of flaws.
Orders Damaged in Shipping
For orders shipped to you, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If there is a defect with an item you ordered, that we shipped to you, please email us at team@readyforgoodks.org, to request a refund. We will send you instructions on how to proceed.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at team@readyforgoodks.org.
