Mission and Activities

We serve youth who are making the difficult transition to adulthood who've had experience in the foster care and/or juvenile justice systems by providing jobs, training, and mentorship. Simply put, we help youth prepare for the future, for adulthood, the world of work, and life. Our programs provide paid work experience, training in life and job skills, mentorship, and wrap-around services.
